When the driver arrives on site and prior to unloading <br /> any oil product, they will verify tank space and insure that the oil product to be delivered <br /> will fit. If the driver is alerted of danger or overfill during delivery, the driver will cease all <br /> loading and secure the system. <br /> Observe Effluent Discharge 40 CFR 112.8(c)(9) <br /> FXI does not employ a surface water effluent or water separation treatment <br /> system at this site.
