The site was evaluated for <br /> compliance with applicable sections of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br /> During the July 8, 2004 inspection it was documented that the facility lacked a Tire Program <br /> Identification (TPID) number, which is a violation of 14 CCR 18459.1. The TPID is written into the <br /> appropriate location on the Waste Tire Hauler manifest form when a Registered Waste Tire Hauler <br /> removes waste tires from the facility. <br /> You are directed to obtain the TPID number from the California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> by calling 1-866-896-0600 or filling out the enclosed form, CIWMB 690. <br /> A re-inspection will be conducted to verify compliance on August 15, 2004. Failure to correct the <br /> violation detailed above may result in further enforcement actions, which include the issuing of <br /> Enforcement Orders and/or Administrative Penalties of up to $25,000 per violation (PRC 42962(a)).
