DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the <br /> owner. legal descriptions of the lands to be exchange <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Office for review <br /> and forwarding to the Community Development Department. <br /> The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are <br /> set, a Record of Survey is required. (New legal <br /> description shall be submitted to Surveyor' s Office fo <br /> review. ) (Development Title Section 9-872 . 4) <br /> b. New description must reflect correct distance with <br /> qualifiers to avoid overlap or gap. <br />
