The 100 gallon waste antifreeze tank was not <br /> labelled with the words "Hazardous Waste." Also add an accumulation start date when waste is first <br /> placed in the tank. Correct immediately. <br /> Notice to Comply <br /> 15) Failed to maintain decon equipment. The eye wash bottle expired in September 2007. Obtain a <br /> new bottle of eyewash (or equivalent). Correct immediately. <br /> 23) The drained used oil filter drum was not covered and did not have an accumulation start date. <br /> Facility records indicate that the last pickup of filters was 11-11-08. Recycle drained used oil filters <br /> within one year of generation. If the filters on site were generated more than one year ago, have a <br /> recycler pickup the filters.
