(The fee currently is $1, 142 . 76 per single <br /> family dwelling unit. , If there is no building per it required, the <br /> fee will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically increased on <br /> January 1 of each year at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional <br /> 3 . 5 percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing <br /> and administering the program. (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on October 12 , 1996. Renewal will <br /> require a new application with a new fee.
