The following findings of fact must be made by the County before a Variance can be granted. Indicate what facts In the case of this application support each of the findings. 1. Because of the special circumstances applicable to the property, Including size, shape,topography, location or surroundings,the strict application of the zoning regulations deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other properties In the vicinity and under Identical zoning classification. By treating these two ' (2) parcels as two separate parcels, the County will not be creating a use that is inconsistent with or different than the use of the surrounding land. The land immediately across the street is divided into ten (10) acre parcels. By "redividing" this land into two (2) separate parcels, the County will merely be recognizing the historical basis upon which the land has been dealt with by all parties concerned. 2. The granting of the Variance will not constitute a grant of"cial privileges inconsistent with the limitations upon other properties in the vicinity and zone in which the property is situated. When the buyers of this property initially purchased said property, the purchased it with the understanding that there were, in fact two (2) 1pgal separate parcels.
