The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prio to <br /> issuance of the building permit (Development Title Section 8- <br /> 1145 . 5) . <br /> 2 . The Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the road <br /> right-of-way (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) . <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of the building <br /> permit application for mobilehome on permanent foundation or 15% at <br /> the time of renewal for a mobilehome on a temporary foundation. <br /> (The fee currently is $2 , 083 . 00 per multi family dwelling unit in <br /> the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-92-1025) - <br /> NOTE: The permit will expire on February 9 , 1997 .
