AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> GX-90-5 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 4 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The applicant shall submit the excavation plans to tY�e <br /> District for review and approval. <br /> b. The excavation plan shall show a 15-foot access road adjacelt <br /> to existing District pipeline. Side slopes of 3 : 1 shall sta t <br /> at the edge of the 15-foot access road. <br /> C. The excavation plan shall show the haul routes from the fie d <br /> to the public road. <br /> d. Excavation equipment shall not be permitted to cross existi g <br /> pipelines. <br /> 5. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Cuts or excavations will not be allowed within 10-feet of any <br /> pole. <br /> b. No fills shall be allowed that would impair ground-to - <br /> conductor clearances. <br /> 6. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A maximum slope of 4 : 1 shall be permitted adjacent to the <br /> �oydf;,r right-of-way of Austin Road. <br /> b. A maximum slope of 3 : 1 shall be permitted on all banks, except <br /> as otherwise noted on the Conditions of Approval. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified s <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may al;o <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> C. The final average elevation on Site A shall be no less thin <br /> 46.7 feet. <br />
