The purpose of the investigation was to evaluate environmental concerns <br /> presented in a recent Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the property by our firm.I <br /> Specifically,the Phase I1 investigation included subsurface soil sampling and laboratory analyses <br /> to evaluate whether past use of a waste water sump and/or an on-site septic disposal system <br /> resulted in significant discharges of hazardous substances to the subsurface. Our scope of work <br /> included the advancement of five borings for the collection of soil samples for laboratory <br /> analysis. This report presents the results. <br /> A Vicinity Map is presented as Plate 1, and a Plot Plan showing the layout of the property is <br /> presented as Plate 2. A detail map showing the area of the waste water sump and septic system, <br /> as well as our boring locations, is presented as Plate 3. The soil analytical data are summarized <br /> on Table 1, and the laboratory report and chain-of-custody documentation are attached.
