The purpose of the investigation was to evaluate environmental concerns
presented in a recent Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the property by our firm.I
Specifically, the Phase I1 investigation included subsurface soil sampling and laboratory analyses
to evaluate whether past use of a waste water sump and/or an on-site septic disposal system
resulted in significant discharges of hazardous substances to the subsurface. Our scope of work
included the advancement of five borings for the collection of soil samples for laboratory
analysis. This report presents the results.
A Vicinity Map is presented as Plate 1, and a Plot Plan showing the layout of the property is
presented as Plate 2. A detail map showing the area of the waste water sump and septic system,
as well as our boring locations, is presented as Plate 3. The soil analytical data are summarized
on Table 1, and the laboratory report and chain-of-custody documentation are attached. The
approved San Joaquin County Drilling Permit also is attached.
1 Brusca Associates, Inc.; "Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Moffat Boulevard Property, 1813 Moffat
Boulevard,Manteca,CA;July 15,2013;Brusca File No. 114-001.
