The purpose of the proposed investigation would be to evaluate environmental <br /> concerns presented in a recent Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the property by our <br /> firm.' Specifically, the Phase II investigation would include subsurface soil sampling and <br /> laboratory analyses to evaluate whether past use of a waste water sump and/or an on-site septic <br /> disposal system resulted in significant discharges of hazardous substances to the subsurface. Our <br /> proposed scope of work includes the advancement of five borings for the collection of soil <br /> samples for laboratory analysis. A Vicinity Map showing the location of the property is <br /> presented as Plate 1. A Plot Plan showing the proposed boring locations is presented as Plate 2. <br /> Additionally, a Site Safety Plan is attached.
