Future OWTS shall have a minimum soil depth of eight(8)feet from the bottom of the dispersal system
to groundwater due to percolation rates greater than 5 minutes per inch and less than 30 minutes per
inch. (SJC OWTS section 1.10.2(e)).
2. Currently there are no water wells on the property therefor no sampling was completed. Upon
completion of new domestic drinking water wells they shall be sampled for nitrates, DBCP and
bacteriological contents by a state certified laboratory.
Any deviation to project development or OWTS usage other than mentioned above shall require new Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study.
If you have any questions please contact Aaron Gooderham, Environmental Health Specialist, EHS, at
agooderham@sjgov.org or (209) 468-3442.
Mich el Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
CC: Live Oak Geo Environmental
1868 E.
