Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed fresh and dry rodent droppings in the following locations: under the dish machine, around and <br /> on top of the arcade games, in the cabinet under the soda machine and behind the large television in the middle of the <br /> dining room. Immediately take action to clean up all rodent droppings then clean and sanitize the affected areas. Per <br /> employee, the pest control company is coming back out today(pest control company noted activity on top of the walk-in <br /> cooler). <br /> Facility has numerous fruit flies throughout the kitchen and the dining room.Take immediate action to rid the facility of fruit <br /> flies. <br /> Observed three dead cockroaches behind the hot water heater.Take immediate action to rid the facility of cockroaches. <br /> Clean up dead roaches today,then clean and sanitize the affected area. <br /> Alert pest control company of additional issues.
