Pandesal <br /> (Filipino Rolls) <br /> This Pandesal Recipe also known as Filipino Rolls is a sweet and buttery bread <br /> usually eaten partnered with coffee for breakfast or with juice for a snack. <br /> Ingredients: <br /> 4 Cups All Purpose Flour <br /> 2 '/4 Teaspoon Dry Yeast <br /> '/2 Cup Sugar <br /> 2 Egg Yolk <br /> 1 Whole Egg <br /> 1 Teaspoon Salt <br /> 1 Cup Milk <br /> '/ Cup Vegetable Oil <br /> '/2 Cup Bread Crumbs <br /> Direction: <br /> 1. In a mixing bowl add together flour, sugar salt and yeast and mix well. <br /> 2. Add eggs, oil and milk and mix in low speed. <br /> 3. Put the dry ingredients to the mixed wet ingredients. <br /> 4. Knead for 10 minutes or until smooth. <br /> 5. Put in a bowl cover with towel and let it rest for an hour or until the size is doubled. <br /> 6. After it rise divide the dough into 15 equal portions and roll into the bread crumbs let it rest <br /> again for 20 minutes. While preheating the oven in 350 F. <br /> 7. Bake the dough for 20 minutes and let it cool. <br />
