Training records on former <br /> employees shall be kept for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. Ensure that <br /> employee training is properly documented. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil(June 2015 to January 2016&March 2016 to June 2018), <br /> filters(June 2105 to June 2018)and used absorbent(June 2015 to June 2018)were not found on site. Hazardous <br /> waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a <br /> consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 202 HSC 25189.5(a) Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point. <br /> Several large piles of treated wood waste were observed on the ground outside the locomotive barn adjacent to the <br /> north corner,west corner and southwest wall. Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of only by transportation to a <br /> permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility(TSDF). Immediately cease disposal of <br /> hazardous waste to the ground and ensure that all future waste is hauled by a licensed hazardous waste transporter <br /> to a permitted TSDF. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66265.31 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Several large piles of treated wood waste were observed on the ground outside the locomotive barn adjacent to the <br /> north corner,west corner and southwest wall. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility <br /> of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or <br /> the environment. Immediately manage the piles of treated wood waste according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations.
