Inc. to provide a work plan that <br /> includes additional assessment and criteria by the CVRWQCB for closure consideration <br /> Of most importance is the potential for vapor intrusion. This could include up-date <br /> vapor extraction system and a duel-phase deeper low flow special pump. It is our belief <br /> this plan covers in detail a response to excerpts from your directive letter of March 03, <br /> 2005 It should be noted the work plan#2820 submitted by AGE (June 15, 06)was <br /> unacceptable an less than adequate. <br /> We believe this completed work plan will answer the E.V.H. health concern of Soil <br /> Vapor and that the site merits closure. <br /> Should there be any regulatory objections that might cause further delay and add to the <br /> already excessive cost to this project(commenced in 1990)we are prepared to re-submit <br /> our letter(Nov. 04)Underground Tank Closure Appeal. Based on the information <br /> previously provided we believe,that appropriate response action has been completed. <br /> That acceptable remedial practices were implemented, and that, at this time, no further <br /> investigation, remedial action or monitoring is required at this site(1766 Mt. Diablo) <br /> The relevant question why conditions remaining at the site will not adversely impact <br /> water quality,health, or other beneficial use?. This assumptions must include we are <br />
