This equipment was not complete,parts missing etc, causing many hours of non-cperational time and expense. March 28, 1997 In accordance with my request AGE conducted a review of the soil vapor extraction (SVE)network an in-situ air sparing (IAS) network installed at this site The review was conducted to determine if a need for additional wells and networking was expected also including the soil beneath the building. March 28, 1997 we continued to receive delinquent notices £-om the office cf S. J. Public Health Services. These charges was be reversed in 1992, Only one tank fee was reversed leaving a balance of$978.26. Many attempts to correct this over-billing failed. We referred'.his matter to Sen. Patrick Johnson, and Mr. Rick Aguilem assistant to supervisor Gutierrez. Both parties referred this complaint to Terry Dermody, S.T. Also noting the rise in ground water table at this site Has reduced the effectiveness of the soil vapor extraction system.Noting furher that the unit has currently not operated witb a stable status.
