Recommendation: <br /> In March 2008, the Fund made the following recommendation: The Fund <br /> recommends that the San Joaquin County LOP direct the Responsible Party to <br /> reassess the efficacy of the current treatment systems and to implement <br /> additional treatment technologies as necessary to achieve Water Quality <br /> Objectives in a timely manner. The Fund will review this site next year to track <br /> progress. <br /> UPDATED, March 2009: The Responsible Party conducted a dual phase <br /> extraction pilot test in May 2008. The vapor results collected in May 08 <br /> contained no fuel hydrocarbons. The Fund recommends that the San Joaquin <br /> County LOP direct the Responsible Party to assess an alternate remedial <br /> technology to achieve Water Quality Objectives. The Fund will review this site <br /> next year to track progress. <br /> UPDATED, March 2010: This site has been under investigation for 19 years. <br /> The groundwater extraction system has been restarted.
