The following ##8 and 85 are , and#8,60 8: 63, <br /> 85 are Minor- Notice to Comply. <br /> 8. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br /> generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br /> an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous haste and submit <br /> evidence to the END by <br /> 23. Bills of lading for the r cycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not Found on site. A <br /> copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all <br /> bills of lading for used oil f Iters for the last three years, maintain tt iem on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD by oT �iST) frsi f 1 treef r'% A)� 1--el <br /> 60 & 63. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil were not found on site. Hazardous <br /> waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br /> used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for <br /> review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them <br /> on site, and submit copies to the EHD by Do hv-�-,exlf/) will `c910�f7 7"� �"-t- <br /> 85. Copies of Universal Waste disposal records were not found on site. A copy of the disposal receipts <br /> of Universal Waste, including but not limited to lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, <br /> CRT, and electronic devices, shall be retained on site available for inspection. Immediately locate a <br /> copy of all Universal Waste disposal records for the last threq years, maintain them on site, and submit <br /> y a f A Q C Q��� c�// ��eP riruc k 04- <br /> copies <br /> to he EHD b I'i.>:: t n� / <br /> P fed 3EF. <br /> NOTES (The following are not violations) <br /> --The facility generated les than 5 tons of hazardous waste in 2010. Discussed with generator <br /> requirement to manage e ch type of Universal Wastes including aerosol cans, lamps, alkaline batteries, <br /> mercury containing switch as, CRT, electronic devices, etc. in a closed container with a with a label <br /> identifying the content anc the start date of accumulation, and labelling of Hazardous Waste.
