Duct smoke detectors shall be installed <br />after the supply fan before any branch takeoffs. <br />When more than one unit serves a TI space and <br />the aggregate cfm of the units serving the TI <br />space exceeds 2000 cfm, all HVAC equipment shall <br />have duct smoke detectors, All duct smoke <br />detectors shall be wired to shut down all units <br />when a single unit alarms. When fire detection or <br />alarm systems are provided for the building, all <br />smoke detectors including those installed for fire <br />smoke dampers shall be supervised by such <br />systems per 6081 CMC. Such connections shall be <br />shown on the deferred fire alarm submittal. <br />11.
