Bimal Maharaj
Bambu's Engines and Transmissions
1031 East Church Street
Stockton, CA 95205
(209)463-9046
RECEIVED
AUu 0 8 2011
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMITISERVICES
7. This waste was managed by hauling all aerosol cans to the San Joaquin County Household
Hazardous Waste Facility (HHW) and the facility now obtains a 20 gallon drum labeled
"Aerosol Cans". I have provided a picture and a receipt supporting this statement.
11. Oil stains on the ground around the 55 gallon drum and around the metal recycling bin were
carefully scraped and hauled off in the sludge barrel.
15. The spill containment for the used oil drums was cleaned and the saturated rags in the
bottom of the drum were also hauled off in the sludge barrel.
20. The metal shaving contents of the 20 gallon steel drum was hauled off and has the
appropriate hazardous waste label. The 55 gallon black steel drum of used oil has the correct
hazardous property listed and a new hazardous waste label. The 55 gallon black steel drum of
sludge also has a new hazardous waste label. The five buckets and containers of used oil were
hauled off. All of the hazardous waste containers have the appropriate "Hazardous Waste"
labels.
27. The two 5 gallon buckets of used oil were hauled off with the rest of the buckets and the 20
gallon gray steel drum of metal shavings has a new lid and is closed at all times.
30. The three 55 gallon drums and the 30 gallon drum were cleaned and are in the appropriate
area with the empty labeling as well as for the 55 gallon blue steel drum. The two 55 gallon
drums in the used oil area have the correct labels and the date when it was emptied.
50. The 20 gallon gray steel drum of metal shavings was emptied into the sludge barrel and
along with the 55 gallon drum of sludge was hauled off by Freamou Environmental Services Inc.
23. The oil filters has been recycled to Freamou Environmental Service Inc. and they have
provided new labels for the used oil filters.
64. Copies of core exchange for the batteries were submitted by O'Reilly Auto Parts. Very
seldom we purchase batteries for our customers. Majority of our customers purchase their own
batteries.
85. The aerosol cans were hauled off to the San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste
Facility (HHW). The facility now obtains a 20 gallon drum with a proper "Aerosol Cans" label
as well as the "Universal Waste" label.
