1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of two parcels totaling 78.76+/- acres. The project <br /> is in a rural community. The addresses are 26850 N. Lower Sacramento Road, Acampo, CA <br /> 95220 and 2600 E. Liberty Road, Galt, CA 95632. The site is zoned rural residential (R-R). The <br /> projects Assessor Parcel numbers are 005-030-007 and 005-020-002. <br /> Description of proposed development: This project is proposing to subdivide the two parcels <br /> mentioned above to create a 55 lot subdivision. The site would require these lots to be served by <br /> private septic systems, but water will be served by the San Joaquin County (CSA 29). No private <br /> wells will be required for domestic uses. The proposed subdivision would also comply with <br /> several other requirements San Joaquin County has established. <br /> 1.2 Parcel vicinity location map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST,PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present <br /> owners Frank Schmidt and Norman Hulberg are partners of Stonecliff Development,Inc.The land <br /> use has not changed dramatically under their ownership. The parcels have been used for cattle <br /> grazing for more than 20 years. The site was formerly a dairy. <br /> The surrounding properties are used for agricultural and rural residential purposes. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: No records of on-site septic systems <br /> exist. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed no septic permits <br /> exist for this parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair available for <br /> subject parcel. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seems to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits, age of system, <br /> permit numbers, copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 2002 to 2017.
