Our application for
the Site Approval requested a maximum of 20 events per year (large and small events combined). We also disclosed that
the maximum number of employees in peak season is six employees.
The COA required me to check with you if the water system has to be designated as a public water system. Obviously
the number of employees does not require it.The fact that the maximum number of events allowed in any year is
twenty also does not trigger the need to convert to a public water system. I am just asking for your concurrence.Thank
you and please call me if you would like to discuss.
Joe
Joe Murphy
