All site wells would be monitored for fluid levels on a quarterly basis, <br /> Due to their history of containing detectable petroleum hydrocarbons, monitoring wells <br /> MW 1 and MW2 would be sampled on a quarterly basis, <br /> Due to non-detect results over the last two sampling rounds, monitoring well MW3 <br /> would be sampled on an annual basis (2nd quarter), <br /> Due to historical non-detect results, monitoring wells MW4, MW5, MWb, and MW7 <br /> would be sampled on an annual basis (2nd quarter), <br /> Site Status reports would be submitted on a quarterly basis <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling activities will be performed in accordance with the <br /> attached Field Procedures <br /> IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE <br /> Soil Investigation <br /> Drilling will be conducted during the first quarter of 1995 A summary of field activities and <br /> analytical results will be included in the first quarter 1995 site status report <br /> Groundwater Monitoring and Samplin <br /> Fluid level monitoring in all site groundwater monitoring wells will be performed each quarter <br /> (February, May, August, November).
