I knocked on the doors of all five units, but was only able to make contact <br /> with the tenant of#5. The tenant of#5 told me to leave after I introduced myself. She said that she <br /> already has a social worker and didn't want anything to do with me. I tried to explain that I was from <br /> a different county department, but she yelled at me and told me to leave. <br /> Unit#4 appears boarded from the street, but the window on the west side is broken. Unit#3 has a <br /> boarded window on the front but appears to be occupied. At unit#2, the tenant answered the door <br /> for a friend, but did not speak with me. The tenant's friend told me to contact the landlord instead. <br /> The exterior paint of#2 is peeling. Unit#1 appears to have been painted recently. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Units #2 & #3 are posted substandard buildings with State Housing Law violations. <br /> Obtain and final any necessary repair permits from the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department. <br /> Correct all State Housing Law violations. <br /> Be advised, all EHD staff time associated with this housing abatement case is billed at the current <br /> hourly rate ($130). <br /> CORRECT BY: BOHA Reso R 11-11 time frames expired <br /> INSPECTED BY: <br /> RECEIVED BY: DATE: <br /> E-MAILED <br /> EHD 48-05 Rev.04/19/12 ::� 2 W P CTION REPORT <br />
