This information was required to be submitted by June 18, 201'. This <br />information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an <br />inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective <br />actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting <br />corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />117 <br />HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br />A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous waste program has not been <br />made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) <br />hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous <br />waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br />fields. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />301 <br />CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br />This is an outstanding violation from the inspection conducted on May 19, 2011 and the return to compliance has not <br />been submitted. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release <br />of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately <br />clean the stain , and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting <br />documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />403 <br />CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br />waste. <br />Observed 2-5 gallon buckets containing solvent nearby the part washer were found open. All hazardous waste <br />containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
