Cherokee, Stockton Inspection <br />NameAddress: Date: Sep 13, 2011 <br />: <br />SUMMARY OF VI <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or OR -Notice to Com I <br />This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection con uc e a the referenced facility by San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor - Notice to Comply: <br />#101, 122, 125, 301, 304, 404, 605, 610, 611, 701 <br />101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br />generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br />an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br />evidence to the EHD by October 14, 2011. A form has been provided. <br />122 & 125. Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil and anti -freeze the owner stated <br />were disposed by Western Valley were not found on site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain <br />copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated <br />manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately <br />locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit <br />copies to the EHD by October 14, 2011. <br />301. Observed soil in the yard contaminated by oil leaked from a removed engine. Facilities shall be <br />maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to <br />air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately make a <br />hazardous waste determination and manage the impactted soil in according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations.
