Lowell Avenue <br />Tracy, CA 95376 <br />www.tracy.k12.ca.us <br />June 23, 2011 <br />ECF30L 19 Lbiil <br />Ms. Stacey Rivera, REHS -f AL HFALf H <br />SJC Environmental Health Department pERM►T1s�aV�CEs <br />600 East Main Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202-3029 <br />Re: Response for Tracy Unified School District Missing Information <br />Dear Stacey: <br />Please accept this letter as the response for the missing information from the Tracy <br />Unified School District inspection. <br />KIMBALL HIGH SCHOOL <br />o Hazardous Waste Training Records: Copy of the sign -in sheet for training is <br />attached. <br />o Statement of How Each Violation Was or Will Be Corrected, including <br />management of wastes: <br />✓ #7: The waste was removed from the site on December 28, 2010. <br />Manifest is attached. <br />✓ #8: KHS was issued EPA number CAC002661252. <br />✓ #15: Communications regarding alarm systems, spill control, and <br />decon equipment is now being kept in the main office as well as with <br />the Maintenance Supervisor, Gary Krebbs. <br />✓ #52: An Emergency coordinator has been identified and the art and <br />science staff has been trained accordingly. Sign -in sheets are <br />attached. <br />✓ #60 & 63: We cannot locate any past manifests. In the future, all <br />hazardous waste manifests will be kept on-site in the main office in a <br />clearly identified binder. <br />✓ <br />485: Universal Waste shipment records will be kept on-site in the <br />main office within its own identified section in the Hazardous Waste <br />Manifest binder. <br />POET CHRISTIAN SCHOOL <br />o Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest(s): We cannot locate any past manifests. <br />In the future, all hazardous waste manifests will be kept on-site in the main <br />office in a clearly identified binder. <br />o Universal Waste Disposal Receipts: Universal Waste was transported to the <br />District Education Center and disposed of accordingly. A copy of the <br />disposal record is attached. <br />o Emergency Coordinator & Modified Contingency Plan: Emergency <br />Coordinator has been identified as Denise Rowe (7t' and 8 h Grade Science <br />1 <br />
