The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for ARCO AM PM #82602% as of April 20, 2020. Open violations from November 15, 2018 inspection Violation#7-Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release. The emergency response procedures were not complete. Section F, J, E4,Al, A2 are not filled out in the consolidated emergency response and contingency plan. Please fill out the missing elements. Please submit the inventory section for 2018. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
