The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ARCO AM PM #82602% as of April 20, 2020. <br /> Open violations from November 15, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation#7-Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> The emergency response procedures were not complete. Section F, J, E4,Al, A2 are not filled out in the <br /> consolidated emergency response and contingency plan. Please fill out the missing elements. <br /> A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of <br /> hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> -procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> d This violation was corrected El This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> r <br /> Violation#9-Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete,accurate,and up to <br /> date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System(CERS)annually. The inventory section was last submitted on 10119/2017. Please submit the inventory <br /> section for 2018. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year.
