LIC 4Z44524 VIN ...3071 <br />Vehicle has never been permitted in San Joaquin County, but did in Yolo County <br />The following must be provided before operating: <br />120 F for 3-comp sink and warewashing <br />At least 135 F for the internal temperature of the food at the steam table <br />Business name in at least 3-inch letters on both sides, and the name of the permittee if different from the business name. <br />City, State, and zip code also are required in 1-inch letters on both sides <br />- Post Hand wash sign and SB 180. <br />- Remove bottle of RAIDS. Only restaurant grade approved insecticide is allowed. <br />- Place the cap back on the potable water inlet <br />Repair driver side hood fan which is running slow. <br />OK to issue permit after fee is paid.
