• <br />SANJOAQUIN <br />- COuN1Y <br />„11150,0-, <br />ureotrieis vows here <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 9:25 am <br />Time Out: 10:13 am <br /> <br />Mobile Food Facility Complaint Inspection Report <br />Name of Facility: EL MEJOR SABOR #8R43858 Date: 10/02/2019 <br />Address: 2900 E HARDING WAY, STOCKTON 95205 <br />Owner/Operator: CORONA, MIGUEL Telephone: (209) 464-4570 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: 000050368 <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT CONSUMED ASADA TACOS LAST WEEK AND ALLEGES SHE BECAME SICK AFTER EATING THEM. <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES EMPLOYEES DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM, DO NOT <br />WEAR GLOVES OR HAIRNETS, AND RANDOM PEOPLE THAT DO NOT WORK ON THE TRUCK GET IN THE TRUCK <br />AND HANG OUT. <br />*TRUCK PARKS AT 1820 N MACARTHUR SUITE 500, IN TRACY. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected Immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#64 Lack of Proper Owner Identification <br />OBSERVATIONS: The name of the owner is not in the proper 3" font sizing and the city, state and zip are not in the 1" font <br />sizing for either side of the mobile food unit. Provide within 14 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The business name or the name of the operator, city state and ZIP code, and the name of the permittee if <br />different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility. [§114299(a)] 2. Business or <br />operator name is not at least 3 inches high and address is not one inch high. [§114299(b)] 3. Sign is not in contrasting color with the <br />vehicle exterior. [§114299(b)] 4. All refrigeration units contained the cold holding temperature of <br />41F or below. The steam table was tempted at 205F and hot water was tempted at 120F and above. All temperatures are <br />maintained and previous violations have been corrected.
