All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected Immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#64 Lack of Proper Owner Identification <br />OBSERVATIONS: The name of the owner is not in the proper 3" font sizing and the city, state and zip are not in the 1" font <br />sizing for either side of the mobile food unit. Provide within 14 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The business name or the name of the operator, city state and ZIP code, and the name of the permittee if <br />different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility. [§114299(a)] 2. Business or <br />operator name is not at least 3 inches high and address is not one inch high. [§114299(b)] 3. Sign is not in contrasting color with the <br />vehicle exterior. [§114299(b)] 4. All refrigeration units contained the cold holding temperature of <br />41F or below. The steam table was tempted at 205F and hot water was tempted at 120F and above. All temperatures are <br />maintained and previous violations have been corrected.
