There must be at least one <br />emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br />information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br />extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br />unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required <br />information by a phone. A form is provided that can be used for this purpose. This was corrected on site. This is a <br />Class ll violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Consent to perform the inspection, take photos and collect samples was given by Jamil Kabarti, facility Manager. <br />This facility generated 0.128 T tons of waste in the last calendar year (Jan-Dec), 2014. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
