f ' <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP- 89-7 <br /> LOWER JONES CO . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits . <br /> 1 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Health District . <br /> b. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system <br /> under a Sanitation Permit and inspection by the Local <br /> Health District shall be completed prior to occupancy. <br /> C . Show on the Improvement Plan the location of the sewage <br /> system for Bull Frog Landing , located across levee from <br /> this project . <br /> d . Refuse , garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored , removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and 41481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code , and Title 14 , CAC . <br /> e . Submission of three ( 3) sets of facility construction <br /> plans to the Health District for review and approval <br /> prior to beginning construction . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , showing drainage , driveway access details , <br /> on-site parking , and grading shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval . <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. <br /> 3. BUILDING DIVISION <br /> Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year <br /> flood zone . <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> The number of residents shall not exceed 53 . <br /> NOTE : Any modification of the above conditions or approved <br /> plan shall only be by a "Revision of Approval" <br /> application or by the filing of a new application. <br />
