Describe any trees or vegetation to be removed: A few Oak trees will be <br /> removed. Large Oak groves will be retained <br /> Describe the haul route to the public road and the means of dust <br /> control Gravel road will be oiled. <br /> Amount and source of water used: 5 acre pond average dept. 12 feet- <br /> Processing plant needs about 3 million gallons/day. Well water needs are <br /> 300,000 gallons per day. <br /> Describe the method of water disposal : Pond water reused in processing. <br /> Describe the means of preventing water pollution and turbidity- <br /> increases in ground and surface water: No chemicals to be used. No <br /> streams to be excavated. No increase in runoff to off-site streams to be caused <br /> by excavation. Final grade to be lower than surrounding area. <br /> If the project adjoins any river course, levee, floodplain or other <br /> water feature, describe the hydrology and proposed means of pro- <br /> tecting the watercourse: Rate of runoff will decrease as hills are <br /> replaced by flater terrain. <br /> REHABILITATION <br /> Describe the ultimate use of the property when the project is <br /> complete: Will be retuned to pasture or fish ponds. Any area retured <br /> to pasture will be revegetated as recommendeC by the StocktonSCS -Office. <br /> Describe the rehabilitation schedule.
