Church St., Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />605. CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br />Four 55 gallon steel drums of used oil were observed outside the building with blank hazardous waste <br />labels. A 55 gallon black s�eel drum of waste oily solids was observed outside the building with no <br />hazardous waste labeling and incorrectly labeled as used oil filters. Two 55 gallon gray steel drums of <br />used oil were observed inside the building with no hazardous waste labeling. All hazardous waste <br />containers shall be markedlwith the following information: <br />- the words "HazardousWaste" <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardousproperties ('gnitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br />- physical state (liquid, s lid) <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start dat <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. Since it cannot be determined how long these wastes have been on site, immediately <br />contact a licensed hazardo s waste hauler to dispose of these wastes under manifest and submit a copy <br />of the manifest to the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br />Complete and submit a cop of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by December 36, 2015. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca. <br />gov.
