SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS <br />Entrance Trailer -East 1 Gallon .Tug Pink -Cleans: <br />The results of this test indicate that the waste sample "Entrance Trailer -East 1 Gallon Jug Pink - <br />Cleans" was acutely toxic to fathead minnows at the test treatment levels. The LC5o of this <br />sample was <250 mg/L, which is less than the Title 22 "Hazardous Waste" classification <br />threshold of 500 mg/L, and therefore, the sample should be considered a hazardous waste with <br />respect to fish toxicity. <br />Entrance Trailer -East All Supercleaner White Powder: <br />The results of this test indicate that the waste sample "Entrance Trailer -East All Supercleaner <br />White Powder" was not acutely toxic to fathead minnows at the test treatment levels. The LC50 <br />of this sample was >750 mg/L, which is greater than the Title 22 "Hazardous Waste" <br />classification threshold of 500 mg/L, and therefore, the sample should not be considered a <br />hazardous waste with respect to fish toxicity. <br />4.1 QA/QC Summary <br />Test Conditions — Test conditions (pH, D.O., temperature, etc.) were within acceptable limits <br />for these tests. All analyses were performed according to laboratory Standard Operating <br />Procedures. The client waived the pre-test holding period for the fish. <br />Negative Control — The biological responses at the Lab Control treatments were within <br />acceptable limits. <br />Concentration -Response Relationship — The concentration -response relationships for these <br />tests were evaluated as per EPA guidelines (EPA -821-B-00-004), and were determined to be <br />acceptable. <br />Page 4 L �� <br />7/21 <br />
