The area is enclosed by <br />cargo containers, stacked two high, plastic 275 gallon totes stacked on top of another with <br />concertina wire along the top, and 55 gallon drums stacked horizontally and vertically to create <br />security walls. The cargo containers open into this area and are used for storage. <br />The eastern side uses the back of the cargo containers, and plastic totes for the security <br />walls. This area is used for equipment storage, plastic containers for product, and overflow <br />from the site at 2000 Sanguinetti Lane. <br />CLASS I VIOLATIONS <br />California Code of Regulations (CCR), California Health and Safety Code <br />(HSC) <br />Violation 102, CCR 66262.11. Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. This <br />is a repeat violation. <br />This facility has the items below onsite that they have failed to determine if the waste is a <br />hazardous waste.
