All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br />OBSERVATIONS: A copy of the 5 year Food Safety Certificate was not available at the time of inspection. Owner will use <br />the store's current Certificate. Keep a copy of the Food Safety Certificate and Food Handler Cards on the cart. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br />assigned duties. (113947) Food facilities that prepare, handle or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food, shall have an <br />employee who has passed an approved food safety certification examination. Maintain a temperature of 41F or below <br />before opening. <br />The hand sink water temperature was at 64F (cart not plugged in during inspection).
