Yes, this lets me know what I'm looking for. Now, when I go out to this inspection, assuming they
are still using the tires for hauling pipe and returning back to the site with more than nine tires on the trailer, is it
going to be considered a violation? I know it is, but how would you suggest I handle it from that point? Will they
still be able to qualify for beneficial re-use exemption if they apply? What sort of compliance date do they get? (30
days, 60 days..)
Thanks for your input.
Jenni
From: Cambridge, Keith [mailto:KCambridge@ciwmb.ca.gov]
Sent: Friday, August 24, 2007 4:50 PM
To: Jennifer Frase [EH]
Subject: Book1.xls
Jenni:
I have not received anything from them as far as hauling tires for use for their equipment. I ran their
manifest and all, except 1, shows single tire transactions, not sure if they are truck or OTRs. Listed is what
we have. The hauler is Wilson Way so we don't have copies of manifest in the system, you will have to get
them from Wilson or the generator.
Hope this helps
Keith
8/27/2007
