INTRODUCTION
At the request of Mr Eric Weilburg of Moore Truck Lines, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc '
' (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 3400 Newton Road (site),
Stockton, California This report documents procedures and results for quarterly ground water
' monitoring for the fourth quarter 2001
The site and the surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1 On-site structures and well locations are
' illustrated on Figure 2 Background information, well installation and ground water monitoring
procedures for the site are summarized ill the AGE-prepared documents, Preliminary Investigation
and Evaluation Report, dated 15 September 1999, Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan, dated
' 23 'May 2001 and Monitoring Well Installation &Quarterly Report - Third Quarter 2001,-dated
26 November 2001 Ground water sample data from November 1999 to the present are summarized
in Tables 3 and 4 of this report
2.0. PROCEDURES
Three ground water monitoring wells (MW-2, MW-3 and MW-4) and domestic well DW=1 were
monitored and sampled on 09 November 2001 Field work was performed in accordance with
' Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) guidelines for investigations of
underground storage tank (UST) sites
' 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION
4
' On 09 November 2001, a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water
in monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3 and MW-4 relative to the top of the well casing (well
' head) There was no standing water in well MW-1, therefore the water level could not be measured
and the well could not be purged or sampled
' After water levels were gauged, a disposable plastic, bailer was used to evacuate (purge) each
monitoring well of a minimum of three casing-water volumes (approximately 6 to 7 gallons) of
water Temperature,pH,and conductivity were measured at regular intervals using an Oakton water
analyzer The field data sheets are included in Appendix A Purged water was stored on site in 55-
gallon drums
1
' Advanced Geo Environmental,Inc
 F '
