INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Weilburg of Moore Truck Lines,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE)has <br /> prepared this quarterly report for the site at 3400 Newton Road, Stockton, California The scope of ' <br />' work included monitoring and sampling one ground water momtonng well (MW-1), sampling <br /> domestic wells (DW-1 and DW-2) for the petroleum hydrocarbons and fuel oxygenates and <br /> abandoning domestic well DW-2 Monitoring well MWA was utilized for monitoring petroleum <br /> Ihydrocarbon-impact and1V1TBE-impact to ground water associated with an unauthorized release of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons from USTs formerly located near the truck maintenance and repair shop <br /> building Domestic well DW-1 is utilized for on-site water and is the closest potential sensitive <br />' receptor, located approximately 145 feet away from the former under ground storage tank (UST) <br /> area DW-1 has been in a down- to cross-gradient position relative to the former UST area during <br /> i the last three monitoring events Domestic well DW-2, located approximately 90 feet east of the <br /> former UST system, has been out of service since 1978 due to sand infiltration problems AGE was <br /> unable to locate specific records concerning the construction or date of installation of the well DW-1 <br /> and DW-2 were misidentified in the AGE-prepared Domestic Well Sampling, Video and <br /> Abandonment Work Plan, dated 10 October 2000 The out of service well was referred to as DW-1 <br /> and the active domestic well as DW-2 The correct locations are illustrated in Figures 2 and 3 <br /> iThe preparation of this report was required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services- <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) to document and update site status The site setting is <br /> i illustrated on Figure 1 Locations of structures, borings, domestic wells, and the monitoring well on <br /> the site are illustrated on Figure 2 Locations of structures and monitoring wells on adjacent sites are <br /> illustrated on Figure 3 <br /> i , <br /> Site history and findings from previous investigations at the site are detailed in the AGE-prepared <br /> Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation Report (PIER), dated 15 September 1999 <br /> I <br /> 2.0.
