' Quarterly Report - Third Quarter 2005 <br /> • MOORE TRUCK LINES <br />' 3400 Newton Road, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mrs Edna Moore of Moore Truck Lines,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc (AGE) <br />' has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 3400 Newton Road (site), Stockton, <br /> California The scope of work included conducting a quarterly ground water monitoring event and <br /> preparation of this report The site and the surrounding area is Illustrated on Figure 1 On-site <br />' structures and well locations are Illustrated on Figure 2 <br />' In accordance with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division's(EHD)directive dated <br /> 18 December 2003, monitoring wells MW-1,MW-4 and domestic well DW-I were monitored and <br /> sampled during the third quarter 2005 Background Information,well installation and ground water <br />' monitoring procedures for the site are summarized in the AGE-prepared documents, Preliminary <br /> Investigation and Evaluation Report, dated 15 September 1999,Monitoring Well-Installation Work <br /> Plan, dated 23 May 2001 and Monitoring Well Installation & Quarterly Report - Third Quarter <br />' 2001, dated 26 November 2001 Ground water data from November 1999 to the present'K <br /> summarized in the tables of this report G` <br /> • 2.0. PROCEDURES <br />' On 06 September 2005, a sample was attempted at ground water monitoring well MW-1, and <br /> collected from MW-4 and the on-site domestic well (DW-1) Field work was performed in <br /> accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)and EHD <br />' guidelines for the Investigations of underground storage tank(UST)sites and sampling ground water <br /> monitoring wells, respectively <br /> 2 1 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br />' On 06 September 2005, a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water <br /> relative to the tops of the well casings in wells MW-1,MW-2, MW-3 and MW-4 The ground water <br />' elevation in wells MW-1 through MW-4 and ground water flow direction for the site were <br /> determined from the data collected (Table 1) <br />' After measuring ground water depths,a dedicated,disposable plastic bailer was used to purge MW-1 <br /> of standing water No water was retrievable and any water within MW-1 was considered condensate <br /> within the lowest portion of the well casing cap, a dimension of approximately four to six inches <br /> I Monitoring well MW-4 was purged using a disposable bailer Approximately 3 75 gallons of ground <br /> water was evacuated from well MW-4 Temperature,pH,and conductivity of the purged water were <br /> . measured at regular intervals during purging using an Oakton water analyzer The recorded field data <br /> Advanced CeoEnvironmental,Inc <br /> I <br />
