Rf <br /> Advanced � <br /> +� Ge®Envir®nmental, Inc. =0- <br /> 17 February 2000 RECEIVED <br /> AGE-NC Project No 99-0592 <br /> FEB 18 2000 <br /> Ms Carol Oz <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PHS-EHD ENVIRONMENTA, HEALTH <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, 3`d Floor PERMIT/ SERVICES <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Well Survey Addendum <br /> MOORE TRUCK LINES <br /> 3400 Newton Road,Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms Oz <br /> Pursuant to your request conveyed during our conversation on 15 February 2000, for additional well and <br /> septic system information on domestic wells and septic systems in close proximity to the former UST system <br /> at the above referenced address, Advanced GcoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) is providing you with the <br /> information below <br /> i <br /> WELL SURVEY <br /> A well receptor survey was performed to identify all domestic, municipal, agricultural, ground water <br /> monitoring wells and septic systems located within a 2,000-foot radius of the subject site The following is <br /> a summary of the domestic wells in close proximity to the former UST area and on-site septic systems <br /> DOMESTIC WELLS <br /> Two domestic wells are located on the subject property Well #2 is approximately 90 feet southeast of the <br /> former UST system and has been out of service since 1978 due to sand infiltration problems AGE has bccn <br /> informed that the total depth of well#2 is 160 feet The well presently to use at the site (Well #1) is located <br /> approximately 140 feet north of the former UST system The well is constructed with six inch PVC-casing <br /> to a total depth of 263 feet Specific well designs and permits were presented to Well Receptor Survey dated <br /> 15 November 1999,by AGE <br /> Wells at the following addresses adjacent to or near the subject property pose the greatest concern regarding <br /> potential petroleum hydrocarbon-impact <br /> #3) 3416 Newton.Road-Mid-Cal Constructors, one well located approximately 225 feet north of <br /> the former UST system, <br /> #4) 3516 Newton Road-Vacant lot(Former Asher Brothers), one well located approximately 300 <br /> 4005 North Wilson Way Stockton California 95205 <br /> Telephone(209)467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118 <br />
