The site was evaluated for compliance with applicable <br /> sections of the PRC and Title 14, California Code of Regulations(CCR). Enclosed is a copy of the State <br /> Inspection Report for your records. <br /> The following Area of Concern Title 14, CCR was documented: <br /> 14 CCR 17352 Facility Access and Security <br /> Pursuant to 14 CCR§ 18420(a), all operators of major or minor waste tire facilities that store, stockpile, <br /> accumulate, or discard waste tires shall acquire a WTF Permit. Your current Waste Tire Facility(WTF) <br /> permit expires on September 26,2001. Please determine whether you wish to renew this permit and <br /> submit the necessary application package to Terry Smith of the CIWMB,Waste Tire Permitting Unit. <br /> Should you have any questions regarding the permitting process you may contact Mr. Smith at(916)341- <br /> 6427.
