A blue metal bin of drained used oil filters was observed without an accumulation start date. According to the records on site, the bin was emptied on August 13, 2013. Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters" and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately label the date on the container and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. REPEAT VIOLATION Site personnel have properly labeled the container used to store the used oil filters. A picture showing this is included with this response.
