Ms. Stacy Rivera <br />San Joaquin County EHD <br />the signed off copy of the manifests or a copy of the exception report submitted <br />to DTSC. <br />Copies of the missing manifests have been located and are included with this <br />response. <br />#3 Violation text. #610 — CCR66266.130(c)(3) — Failed to store used oil filters in a <br />closed, rainproof container that is labeled "drained used oil filters" and marked <br />with the accumulation start date. A blue metal bin of drained used oil filters was <br />observed without an accumulation start date. According to the records on site, <br />the bin was emptied on August 13, 2013. Used oil filters must be stored in a <br />closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters" and marked <br />with an accumulation start date. Immediately label the date on the container <br />and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. REPEAT <br />VIOLATION <br />Site personnel have properly labeled the container used to store the used oil <br />filters.
