A Fish Bio Assay, & CAM 17 Metals test has been done. Results will be <br />available within 96 hours, and report provided to Ryder no later than 3/23/07_ <br />#19 -Aerosols have been removed. <br />920 — Anti -freeze recharge container; used oil caddy, used absorbent collection container, <br />aerosol collection bin have been labeled as directed (photos attached). <br />#22 — Mail address labels have been printed. Copies of TSDF manifests will be mailed to <br />Department. <br />#32 -- Oil filter collection container has been labeled. Photo attached. <br />933 — Used oil filter collection container has been labeled to allow for ,IccLunulation start <br />date notation. <br />939 — Waste analysis report will be retained on site. <br />#45 - Contingency Plan will be modified and revisions implemented based on analysis <br />repon_ Pending item. <br />#49 —Employee training will be documented using Ryder l_�nvironmental form ES -41. <br />training will include hazardous waste. (Form copy- attached) <br />#75 — The florescent bulb container was in place, on the second floor. Recycle program <br />is in place. <br />976 —Universal waste collection container has required labeling. <br />478 — Employee training will include review of universal waste handling, storage, <br />labeling requirements. <br />#91 — Empty grease drums labeled with appropriate sticker to record empty start date and <br />manage removal within one year_ <br />
