Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable <br /> permits. <br /> 2. Soil sampling is to be performed by ACC Inc.,per TEC-Acutite. <br /> 3. All removed piping must be decontaminated prior to removal. <br /> 4. A 3rd party tank integrity test and line tightness test must be performed once concrete is poured, prior to <br /> the final inspection. <br /> 5. All piping, connections, and the new sump shall bear their UL label. <br /> 6. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm. <br /> 7. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 8. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br /> 9. The spill container must hold a minimum of 5 gallons. <br /> 10. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> a. Soil sampling under the piping <br /> b. Primary piping <br /> c. Secondary piping <br /> d. 24 hour lake test on sump <br /> e. Final inspection(check overfill prevention, monitoring system, ect...) <br /> 11. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br /> 12. A final inspection must be performed prior to this returning this facility to full operation. <br /> 13. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date. <br /> Note: The underground storage tank(UST) failed secondary containment testing on December 27,2002. <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has not received notice of a repair to the <br /> secondary containment of the UST.A repair method must be submitted to EHD prior to making the <br /> repair.A separate permit may need to be obtained from this office.
