Remove and replace concrete as necessary to complete the following scope of work. 2. Remove 1- 550 gallon waste oil tank. 3. Remove all necessary product lines. 4. Back -fill and compact former tank pit. 5. Install 2- (Owner Supplied) aboveground Waste Oil Storage Tanks in lube pit. 6. Provide removal report. 7. Provide all necessary removal permits. Exclusions: • All sampling other than basic waste oil tank removal sampling, per County Hazardous Materials Division guidelines as of the date of this proposal. • Compaction Testing. • Engineering and Design. • Site Survey. • Testing. removal, disposal or transportation of contaminated soil, liquid, materials, and solids. Please Note: • Tank is to be empty prior to removal, any existing product/water remaining will be disposed at a rate of $2.75 per gallon invoiced as an extra to the project. This price does not include PCB or other chemicals, additional charges invoiced at cost plus 20% fee. • Our price is subject to change due to any alterations, deletions or amendments. • Our price is subject to change due to any unforeseen conditions. • In the event of encountering contaminated soil, contractual obligations remain requiring all contract work performed shall be paid to date. Remaining balance do at completion of work. PURCHASER AGREES TO PAY 11/2% MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE ON BALANCE UNPAID AFTER 30 DAYS. PURCHASER AGREES TO PAY ALL COSTS OF COLLECTION INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES. We Propose hereby to furnish labor and equipment - complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of Eieht Thousand Three Hundred Dollars s8300.00 Payments to be made as follows: 50% due upon acceptance 50% due upon the completion of our work. All material is guaranteed to he as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard pracUccs. Any alterations or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon twitten orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
