This is to confirm that a MSA <br />Leak Detection Probe was installed per approved plan and tested <br />on June 10, 1993. <br />The High Level Probe went into alarm at approximately 95% <br />capacity. This was activated by dropping product into the tank <br />by Evergreen Environmental Services Company, then removing the <br />product at the end of the test. <br />r <br />If this is acceptable, please send the permit to me.
