Box 2009 <br />445 N San Joaquin St <br />Stockton, Ca 95201 <br />Dear Ms. Briggs: <br />Subject: Econo Lube -N -Tune High Level Waste Oil Monitor Testing <br />Per my conversation with you and Mr. Doug Wilson, on Monday, <br />June 14, 1993, at your offices. This is to confirm that a <br />MSA Leak Detection Probe was installed per approved plan and <br />tested on June 10, 1993. <br />The High Level Probe went into alarm at approximately 95% <br />capacity. This was activated by dropping product into the <br />tank by Evergreen Environmental Services Company, then <br />removing the product at the end of the test. <br />If this is acceptable, please send the permit to me.
