San Jaoquin Street <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Subject: SHOP NO.130 - 6970 WEST LANE, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA - <br />PROPOSAL FOR INSTALLATION OF A HIGH LEVEL ALARM IN THE <br />WASTE OIL COLLECTION SYSTEM <br />Dear Mr. Wilson, <br />Attached is our proposed method for modification of our existing <br />waste oil collection system to add a high level alarm; as <br />discussed by yourself, and Mr. Waechter, at your site meeting on <br />March 11, 1993. <br />If this is acceptable, please send us the necessary application <br />forms, and list of fees, so that we can revise the plans <br />previously approved by San Joaquin County Health Services, and <br />submit them for an installation permit. Please also inform us as <br />to how many sets of prints will be required. We will also revise <br />the plans to show the MSA "Tankgard" Leak Detection System we <br />recently installed to replace the faulty Pollulert system <br />originally installed. <br />If this approach is unacceptable, or requires further detail, <br />please call me at (714)852-6691.
